We offer coaching and training programmes designed to support your professional development. Our role is to provide guidance, structure and practical tools. We do not promise or guarantee any specific career outcome — including promotions, job offers or salary increases — as these depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances.
3. Bookings and consultations
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a binding agreement. A consultation is an opportunity for both parties to decide whether to proceed. Any programme is confirmed once you receive written confirmation of the agreed services and fees.
4. Fees and payment
Programme fees are set out at the point of booking. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month; annual plans are billed in advance for the year and include the discount shown. All fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP).
5. Satisfaction guarantee and cancellations
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if you decide within seven days of your first paid session that the programme is not right for you, you may request a full refund of that period's fee. After this period, you may cancel a monthly plan with reasonable notice; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. Intellectual property
